Posted by DJ on July 21st, 2010 I was assigned the hardest possible job by our student council, and that is sorting out all the things that we will not be using anymore and arranging them into boxes for proper disposal.
Since some of these things are still in good working conditions, I was asked to separate them by groups. I asked if there was any labeling equipment available that I can use to organize everything. I then headed to our IT room and used the printer applicator to make the proper labels for the boxes.
When the labels where finished, everything was smooth sailing. I got help from friends and the work became easier. At first I thought it would take me the whole afternoon to finish the job, but with the help of friends it only took me 4 hours to do it. The student council was impressed by the work that I had done for them. Given the right tools and equipment, any kind of work can be finished on time.
Posted by DJ on March 30th, 2010 The all terrain crane Wilmington operator that my parents hired to finish the job that the other guy did not finish, seems to really know what he is doing. In fact, I found that he is getting double the work done in the same amount of time that the other guy did. I think that since the new all terrain crane Wilmington operator is being paid by the job, instead of by the hour, he has a better reason to get it done quickly.
I remember when my parents made the same mistake back in Florence. They decided to hire an operator from a temp service and they had to pay him by the hour. He was no dummy, and he milked it for everything that he could. They found him from the place to rent crane Florence SC company that told them that there were a lot of crane operators that were looking for work and that they should check out the temp service companies if they needed help. My father decided to take the advice of the woman from the place to rent crane Florence SC company and do just that. He should have known better but he also felt bad for the guy who was currently out of work.

Posted by DJ on April 23rd, 2009 SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) is a procedure through which 3D objects are designed with the help of fusing powdered materials or different metals. There is a wide range of materials that can be used to make prototype objects. The selection of the materials depends upon the physical properties of the objects. Right selection of the material for prototyping can give you 100% properties of your physical objects.
The most common materials that are being used are nylon, metals and steel. The advantage of SLS is that you can make complex designs that cannot be make through other prototyping methods or difficult to make. The shapes designed through SLS technology is completely resemble to the computer made design with the help of CAD.
A Technical Overview of SLS
In SLS prototyping, a 3D design is converted into physical object by fusing powder thermoplastic or any other material with a sharp and heat beam of Carbon Dioxide Laser beam. An object is firstly cut down in 2D layers and then make layer by layer. These models are directly designed from 3D CAD models.
Industrial Use Of SLS
SLS prototyping is used in the wide range of industry from aero space to medical and from education to automotive industry. The use of SLS in medical makes the thing easier for surgical instruments manufacturers. SLS is used to make Dental Copings, surgical tools and medical instruments. Thanks to this technology that makes thing easier than ever before.
