The IT department of the office was one of the departments that were greatly affected by the recent economic crunch. The budget that was projected by our boss during their management committee meeting was not approved. In fact it was slashed down to half of what we asked for. That is no good for it means that we would have to work double time and take more responsibilities to be able to cover the work that was needed to be done. Also our boss told us that we needed to look at using Used HP Servers for our server requirements for buying brand new ones will not be viable anymore.
I was tasked to look for new suppliers for our equipment requirements by our boss. He felt really bad so to make it easy for the team I did my best to look for inexpensive Proliant Servers that I know we need. I was able to find one at an online shop that sells refurbished servers and its parts. The feedbacks that I got from people who bought from them.  The boss was satisfied with ye new supplier that I found.
