If I am truly going to sell structured settlement payments to this new company, I am going to have to get my lawyer to look at them and see if he thinks that they know what they are doing. I found them online, but am still not sure how to go about everything. They had me fill out some information, nothing that is too private and I am waiting to hear back from them.

I have two more years, till I will see any money from the structured settlement that I was awarded for an accident. I was so happy with the judge’s decision to award me so much money, that I did not even hear him when he said that it would be in the form of a structured settlement. I left the courtroom so happy and then my lawyer told me that I would not see any of the money for at least three years, but then it would come to me every year after that.

I wanted to go back into the courtroom and redo everything. I cannot understand how a judge awards someone money that is deserving of it and then tells them that they have to wait years to get it. This is why when I found the company that you can sell structured settlement payments to, I was thinking that I really needed to do that.
