I came across a website where this thing kept flashing up on the screen announcing a contest that they were having. I thought it would be pretty cool if my company would do something like this and I looked into it. I found a website where you can purchase flash web templates to use. I could not believe how many flash themes there were to choose from.

I printed off all the information and then went to my boss to show him what I had found. He loved the idea of using one of the flash web templates and rebuilding our current site. He told me to have the staff look at different flash themes and decided which one they would like to use. I sent out an email that afternoon letting them know what we were doing and asking for their help.

I was excited when they all told me what an awesome idea this was. I was finally getting respect around the office. The whole office came to a mutual decision on the flash web templates we should use. We bought it and had our current website company rebuild our site to include the flash themes we wanted. It was finished about two months later and is so much better than our old site. I received a raise and a promotion for all of my hard work.
